I was very sore today
My legs were still very sore from training them DAYS ago. Running helped reduce the soreness, but man…. My boyfriend gave me this disgusting glutamine shake. It tasted like grape kool-aid with sand and broken up diet pills in it.  It made me less sore lol. Hooray for diet supplements. :3

What is up with the "leg gap" stuff?
Please… stop. A leg gap does not define sexy. Some women just have naturally larger thighs, and maybe they have narrow hips and their legs just touch. Maybe their legs are so muscular they touch.  Anyways. It’s kinda dumb. I don’t understand the obsession with it…

I've been extra tired
I just got over a head cold. And I slept zero hours last night. On top of that, work was a bit more demanding today since my patient is a bit weaker than usual (I’m a caregiver). Running With Asthma →
I have asthma, and I find it a bit difficult to learn to run for long distances. I see all of this stuff about running and the benefits, but I can’t go for more that 5 minutes at a time with out my lungs locking. Well, this little slideshow helped me out. And if you have asthma and are trying to run, maybe it can help you to.

Where can I find cheap quinoa?
Apparently, quinoa is like a holy grail of grains, because it is packed with protein.  It is also ridiculously expensive as far as I’ve seen. Does anyone know of any websites where I can find cheap quinoa?
