So I’ve been exercising everyday from the book “Bottoms Up!” by Joyce Vedral. In case any of you were wondering what it is, it’s a fitness plan book for women, concentrating on exercising our problem areas (legs, bum and stomach) harder than other areas to gain better fitness balance, and on building muscle.

Goals and Rewards
